Regulatory status and product availability
A product, service or journey is not presented as legally available merely because it appears in an internal roadmap or operating model. Before a regulated activity is activated publicly, Royalty Finvora must confirm and document the licence, approval, registration or exemption required under the applicable Kenyan legal and regulatory framework.
No public offer of securities
Nothing on this website is a prospectus, public offer or invitation to subscribe for shares or other securities. Any shareholder arrangement described by Royalty Finvora is subject to the applicable company structure, constitutional documents, eligibility requirements, legal and regulatory framework, and approved written documentation.
Loan enquiries
Loan information on this website is an enquiry aid, not an automatic offer of credit. Lending remains subject to eligibility, affordability, documentation, risk assessment, applicable security, pricing, authorised approval and the regulatory status required for the relevant activity. Future online application functionality will be activated only after the applicable regulatory, privacy, security and operational release gates are satisfied.
Investment and fund terminology
Royalty Finvora does not publish internal investment labels as public regulated products. Fund-style or collective-investment terminology will not be used for a public product unless the applicable legal structure, regulator and permissions have been confirmed.
Rates, returns and fees
Any rate, return arrangement, fee or promotional price shown on the website applies only where it is explicitly identified as current for that product or offer and lawfully available. The signed agreement or confirmed transaction terms remain authoritative. No return should be assumed to be guaranteed unless the applicable written agreement expressly and lawfully states the nature of that obligation.
Future digital payments and applications
Royalty Finvora intends to support secure online applications, account experiences and provider-agnostic payment journeys through Finvora Commerce and authenticated systems. Those capabilities are not active merely because they are described in the roadmap or website, and a payment interface does not by itself replace required assessment, approval, documentation, consumer-protection or regulatory controls.
Private-system boundary
The public website does not provide direct access to RFOS, accounting books, shareholder or investor ledgers, internal Google Sheets or other private operating records. Future authenticated services will use controlled service boundaries, role-based access and auditable integrations.
